How order texts from Print Hybrid work, and how to stop them
What We Text
Print Hybrid (SAK, LLC) sends text messages about your own orders: quotes ready to review, artwork proofs to approve, order status, pickup and shipping updates, payment reminders and receipts, and replies to questions you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional texts.
How to Sign Up
At the bottom of your quote or invoice page, and in the welcome steps of our customer portal, you will see the box below. The checkbox is never pre-checked: you enter your mobile number, check the box, and tap Text me updates.

We’ll text you when your proof is ready, when it ships, and if we need anything — no marketing.

If you sign up in the customer portal, we send one text asking you to confirm, and nothing else is sent until you reply YES:

On a quote or invoice page, the number must match the phone we already have for you, or we confirm it with you before any texts go out. You can also ask our staff in person or by phone to turn texts on. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of buying anything from us.
How Often and What It Costs
Message frequency varies with your orders, usually a few texts per order. Message and data rates may apply; those are charged by your mobile carrier, not by us. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Stop or Get Help Any Time
Reply STOP to any text and we will stop texting that number; you will get one message confirming it. Reply START to turn texts back on. Reply HELP for help, or reach us at (806) 500-9396 or info@printhybrid.com.
Your Number Stays Private
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Read the Text Messages section of our Terms of Agreement and our Privacy Policy.
